We are pleased to welcome Scott Koeneman, PsyD, to the CPOS Board of Directors. Scott is a practicing psychologist and psychoanalyst at the Mend Center for Psychotherapy in Overland Park, KS. He specializes in helping men connect with their emotions, helping leaders in times of personal or professional crisis, therapy for therapists, issues of sexuality, and issues of faith and spirituality. Scott joined the board in 2026.
Sara Elias, PhD, a founding member of the Center for Psychosocial Organization Studies, recently became an Editor-in-Chief at the Scandinavian Journal of Management. According the journal's website its aim is to "provide an international forum for innovative and carefully crafted research on different aspects of management." The journal strives to "promote dialogue and new thinking around theory and practice, based on conceptual creativity, reasoned reflexivity and contextual awareness." Dr. Elias has been a Research Associate at the Center for Psychosocial Organization Studies since 2019.
