Eda Ulus, PhD
Eda earned a BS in Psychobiology, Summa Cum Laude, and chose courses such as: Black Women Writers, Illness and Healing in Cross-Cultural Perspective, and Social Psychology. She completed an MA in Counseling Psychology at Texas Tech University, with courses including Vocational Psychology and Multicultural Counseling. She achieved a PhD in Management at the University of Bath, UK, under the supervision of Professor Yiannis Gabriel. Her organizational experiences include teaching and student advising in Universities in the US and Turkey. Eda’s research passions focus on marginalized and intersectional lived experiences of working and organizing, and she works with theories such as feminist and Freudian psychoanalytic frameworks and postcolonial approaches. Her research-led teaching interests include critical approaches to managing and organizing, and creative methods like poetry and dance. She has published in journals including Culture and Organization, Management Learning, and Organization.
