Research Associates

Our group of scholars is dedicated to advancing psychoanalytic and psychosocial approaches to organizational research and scholarship. Our work builds on a tradition of scholarship that examines unconscious dynamics in organizations and broader society.

The research associates collaborate with and support the Center in its efforts to:

  • Promote the psychoanalytic approach to organizations as fresh, innovative, nimble, and relevant
  • Generate research that furthers the psychoanalytic approach to organizations
  • Expand the reach of psychoanalysis to a broad range of scholars and practitioners
  • Build a scholarly community around psychoanalysis as a mode of learning
  • Develop and implement workshops, PDWs, and seminars for those interested in learning about how to apply psychoanalytic concepts to organizations
